Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, a simulation game developed by weltenbauer and published by astragon Software, is scheduled for release on September 9, 2025. The game will launch on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It looks to deliver a realistic firefighting experience that features dynamic destruction and spreadable fire, as well as cooperative multiplayer excitement.

Firefighting Simulator: Ignite will offer players the chance to experience the challenges of firefighting. What sets the game apart is its utilization of Unreal Engine 5 to create high-fidelity, hyper-realistic simulations.

Players can choose from eight different characters and customizable outfits to create a unique look for their firefighter. The package includes a one-of-a-kind 1950s-style retro firefighter helmet. The game features four-player cooperative multiplayer, letting players work together to respond to the most challenging emergencies.

Players will be able to fight fires using real Rosenbauer America fire trucks, including the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68’ Roadrunner and RTX. This clever integration of vehicles into the experience dramatically improves the realism of the simulation.

In the Firestation Companion Pack, players get a Dalmatian dog named Simi as part of the firestation that goes with the Extended Edition. A Year 1 Season Pass will provide access to tons of additional exclusive content to the most committed players.

The developers have focused on creating an authentic and engaging firefighting experience. The addition of officially licensed equipment and authentic home courses, complete with dynamic environments, only heightens the game’s realism.

Through cooperative multiplayer gameplay, the game gives players the ability to fight fires and save civilians as part of the team’s emergency response team. The obstacles you face in the game call for creative strategy and focused teamwork.

The release of Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is highly anticipated by simulation enthusiasts. It’s the level of detail and realism that really define this game and separate it from the rest of the competition in the genre.
